3 year old Pictures

I am less than three weeks away from having 3 year olds.  Wow! Time flies when your running around in circles just looking for a moment to sit down having fun!  Here is a look at what my exceptional photographer, Keva, did for us.  She is brilliant, I tell you.

We borrowed this truck from a man I ran into at the post office.  I literally just ran up to him and told him I loved his truck and asked if I could borrow it for a photo shoot.  When we went to get it, he just handed over the keys to Chris.  The joys of living in a small town.  :)

This is our sweet dog, Warden.  We love him.  He loves us.  He especially loves the boys.  Warden and Hunter sat real still for these pictures, Heath kept running off.

A boy and his dog.  Two boys and their dog.  This picture just melts my heart.  I cried the first time I saw it.

This Years Ornaments

Hand print Snow Man Ornaments

White acrylic paint hand prints, applied to the bottom of the ornament with fingers and thumb coming up the side.

This is where I messed up.  I should have sprayed it with this stuff before I decorated the snowmen.  Instead I waited and it made the marker run off when it got wet with the spray.  Spray the hand print undecorated.

Then decorate the cute little snowmen.

...and don't forget to write the name and year on the back.

Here you can see how the marker ran.  I had to go back and fix it.

Out Takes = My Life in Photos (KevaDawn Photography)

I'm not sure that I have mentioned this before, but I LOVE my photographerShe perfectly knows how to capture the chaos that is my life.

Here are some of the out takes from the recent photo session.  She is so sweet to send them to me and we both had more fun laughing.  I promise I will put the PERFECT pictures that she captured up, also.

This one is a glimpse about 13 years into my future.  Heath is driving and Hunter is hanging out the window yelling.  Kind of scary if you ask me.

Pretty cute picture of Hunter, but then there is Heath, popping up like a jack-in-the-box. Haha  My shy quiet child is definitely coming out of his shell.  He talks all the time now!

We had more fun coming up with captions for this one.
Keva's: "..and tonight, we RIDE!"
Mine: "They may take our land, but they will never take our FREEDOM!"

Gotta love the Bugger pickin` age!

Oh yes! She got pictures of both boys picking their noses! Nice!

This picture tells my life at the moment.  Boys wrestling.
I love the out takes.  They are so fun to look at.  While they might not end up on the Christmas card, they are perfect.  Be sure to check back and see the perfection she captured in the rest of our 3 year old photos.

On this day...

On this day three years ago:

I Waddled down the hallways at work.

You could hear me trying to catch my breath in the next classroom.

My co-workers made beeping sounds when I started to back up.

Chris had to tie my shoes.

I couldn't walk sideways through a door.

...and I was the most THANKFUL, miserable, HAPPY, fat, pregnant person you ever saw!

A Boy X 2

A BOY is dirt and blue jeans
with mischief in his eyes.

He leaves behind a trail of Dirtdirt
no matter how he tries.

And at the end of every day,
he still can run and shout.

When he should be tired and sleeping,
it's MOM who's all worn out!

See You in the Spring!

Stay safe out there, Daddy.  Catch all the bad guys, and come home when you can.

We Love You,
Crystal, Heath, and Hunter

Doublemint Twins

Heath eating, yet another, piece of candy.  The sugar crash wasn't pretty.

They definitely perfected trick or treating this year, although they had trouble going up the front steps in their boxes.

The Wrigley's Gum family.  Oh! The things I do for my children and students.

Digging in!
