Owen's Deer

Owen had the chance to come out and shoot a management buck.  He was super excited to get a nice wide 8 point.

However, right after he shot it, the deer ran through a bush and his horns fell off.  Crazy, but true, story.

2015 Christmas

Santa brought the boys a trampoline and some Lego planes this year.  They must have been really good.

Momma must have been really good, too!

The day we got the trampoline put together the boys jumped on it wearing only their underwear....

....the very next day, this is what it looked like outside.

Much to our surprise, Lolly and Pops got the boys electric dirt bikes for Christmas.

There have been a few crashes, but they have been minor, thankfully.

We ended our Christmas break by building a lot of Lego sets....

....and playing lots of games of Trouble and Uno.

13th Anniversary

Chris and I celebrated our 13th Anniversary while we were on our ski trip with the rest of the family.  So one night, they let us sneak away for dinner.  Chris found this unique experience where we got to ride up the ski mountain in the Snow Cat and have dinner at the top.  The trip up and down the mountain was awesome.  The food and the entertainment was superb as well.  We really enjoyed ourselves, and it will be an anniversary we will never forget.

Stock Shows

My sweet Heath loves the stock shows.  Hunter...doesn't.  It's ok.  Hunter may be more like his momma in this area.

Watts Family Ski Trip

During Christmas break, my family took a trip to Red River to go snow skiing. We had a blast and the boys had a great time learning to ski. Hunter was very cautious and did NOT like falling downing. Heath, on the other hand, pointed his skis straight down the hill, tried to go as fast as he possibly could, and had the most epic of crash at the bottom. We put them in ski school the first day and kept them with us the second. It was an exhausting blast!
