Palo Duro Canyon, Texas

Our church group recently went camping at Palo Duro. It was my first time to ever go there and the canyon is beautiful!  Just the twins and I went because Chris had to work, and we road up there in the motor home. The boys thought that was a blast even though they were still buckled up the entire way.

They had a blast running all over the camp ground with their friends.

The weather was beautiful and a little rainy. We wore pants and jackets the whole time. Such a nice break from the normal Texas temps.
It rained while we watched the play, Texas. It was definitely an experience we will never forget.

Ear Deer

While driving home from church today we passed a deer on the side of the road. Heath yelled from the backseat, "Look it's an ear deer."  We quickly questioned what an "ear deer" was??  He replied, " Well, it wasn't a horned deer."  After silencing our giggles, we informed him that those were called Doe.

House Renovation

This year for my birthday/Christmas/ Mother's Day/ect...  Chris let me have our house renovated.  We decided to remove the wall between the kitchen and the living room to open it up and give us more space.  And, frankly, I was tired of being stuck in the kitchen by myself cooking while the rest of the family played in the living room.  We had the cabinets stained and new granite counter tops put in.  We also had the old flooring pulled out and the concrete stained underneath.  I love the new look.

Vacay! Kemah/Galveston

We vacationed with some friends of ours that live in Victoria and their two Adoable daughters. We all met up at Glaveston and had a great time seeing the sights and playing on the beach. It was great to see our friends again and get away from the small town.
Moody Gardens

Boogie Boarding with Daddy.

Even the grouper wanted to get in on pictures.
Feeding sting rays.
The boys favorite part was the carnival rides.

No trip would be complete with put a stop by Bass Pro. Hunter insisted I take his picture by this boat. I think their daddy has been brainwashing them.
