Note from Mommy: Usually I try to get rid of the pacifiers, but I thought during this adventure, it might be best to keep them in to deter eating parts of the pumpkin.

Getting ready for...

...the most Wonderful Time of the Year.

I love Christmas. I love everything about Christmas. I love the crazy shopping days, the hustle and bustle, the music, the food, the family, the smells. I love the decorations. I love my Christmas tree. Unfortunately, I am afraid that Heath and Hunter are going to LOVE my Christmas tree, too. Therefore, my first purchase for the Christmas season...
...I present you with the Superyard XT. This "pen" will fit around the tree. It will block it off so that we may all admire the tree from a safe distance. It will be perfect so my beautiful tree does not have to suffer the "wrath" of my beautiful sons.

What's better than the Superyard XT? The box it comes in, of course! It also provides hours of entertainment to two very busy little boys.

Another good thing about the Superyard XT, it's portable and can go outside. It might be great for our Devil's River Trip next summer.

I wish I could zoom it in a little bit, but he was shaking his head "no" for the entire song. Either it was his version of dancing, or he is not a fan of Old MacDonald.

10 Month Brawl

Remember when my sweet little boys would sit still with a homemade sign that displayed their current age?
What happened?!?!?! I'll tell you what happened...they became mobile. This was the best picture I got.

Then I became worried that they would fall off of the couch (even with Dad, Grandma, and Grandpa watching them), so we moved to the floor.

So this is what became of my 10 month photo session. Paper, we don't need no stinking paper. Is that paper in Hunter's mouth...I'm really not sure.

Yep, so much for the paper, Heath has decided he wants it. So, while Hunter pauses to give a smile for the camera, Heath swoops in and grabs it.

...and there is Hunter with the "arm block and shove."

...but it's Heath who came up with the paper. I think at this point, the paper got taken away.

However, Hunter doesn't give up so easily. How about a little hair pull.

Yep, my sweet lil 10 month olds have become super mobile and are not giving me one moment of peace. They both crawl in opposite directions as fast as possible, which means that I can run like Flash from the Incredibles.

They are so much fun. They are really starting to interact with one another. Sometimes it's not always a good thing ( as you can see), but other times it is so incredibly sweet. They will sit and look at the same book or laugh at each other or just smile.

Heath still won't touch any food that is wet or squishy, but he did get a tooth today, so maybe that will change soon. Then again...maybe not. Hunter will eat anything that I put in front of him. They are both just perfect and so much fun.

#1 (holding Heath) is a boy that the other students call "Critter," I'm not sure what his real name is. #2 (holding Hunter) is Dakota Green. I did get permission from them both to put the pictures on my blog (in case you were wondering). Both of these boys are awesome Brave football players. They get a lot of playing time and are main point scorers for the team. It makes the games really exciting when Heath and Hunter are wearing the same number as the boy who just scored the touchdown. Maybe it's just me?!?!

Dakota is also my new secretary's son, so we made him stick around a little longer for more pictures. I think you can tell by the smile on his face that it was pure torture.

Fiddlesticks Farms and Mimi's Birthday

First things first...HAPPY BIRTHDAY MIMI!
This year, for Mimi's birthday, we went to Fiddlesticks Farms with the rest of the family. We went last year, but we didn't get to see much because we were still in Mommy's tummy.

Here is a picture of us this year. We had so much fun sitting in the dirt at the pumpkin patch. Mommy doesn't let us play in the dirt very often, so it was pretty cool.

This is the new part this year, it's called Mining for Gold. Our cousins loved it.

We got to ride in the cattle train. Heath rode with Mimi....
