We always have a big Easter party with my mom's side of the family. It's always loads of fun.
This year we played a game of softball before everyone got there.
Notice Chris on 2nd base with the boys.
Running to 3rd. Maybe I should say Walking Quickly. Ok, Ok, walking slowly. What am I saying, Chris is practically dragging them.
Waiting on 3rd.
Trying our hand at T-Ball because the big game got a little dangerous.
It was about this time that Hunter got hit upside the head by the metal bat by one of the cousins. He was fine, thankfully my aunt that is a nurse was there and saved Momma from a panic attack. After that we used the helmets. They're on backwards of course.
We all got to eat lots of YuMmY food!
Then came the Easter Egg Hunt! The boys understood it this year. It was so much fun to watch them find the eggs.

| Then Heath found this egg that is in the shape of a car and the egg hunt was over. Apparently, there is no need to keep hunting once you have found the "Car Egg." |
After the kids Easter Egg hunt, the adults get to have their turn. We hunt VERY hard to find eggs that are hidden in the back 40. 40 acres that is. A lot of ground and VERY hard to find eggs. Each egg is worth a dollar amount. There are prize eggs of $30 and $20. There were 140 eggs hidden this year. We didn't find 20 of them. Which means there is still at least $20 up for grabs if you want to come look. I give up! I told you they were VERY hard to find.
Here is an example of the Hard to find eggs. This is a $1 egg. It blends in perfect with the dirt.
Chris and I both came away with $31 each. Well worth the sunburn. So much fun!
